hi Linda Many thanks for your order, which I have just been pulling together for you. Unfortunately, I have discovered that TWO of the lots that you have ordered from have been recorded in my inventory with the wrong colour. I think this is the first time I've discovered a wrongly-coloured item in my inventory in more than 900 orders - so to have two in one order is really bad luck. The wrongly-coloured items are the chrome silver crystals, which I believe are actually metallic silver, and the trans-green 2x2 "radar" pieces, which I believe are actually trans bright green. I recognise that one or other of these lots were probably the main reason for your order. In these circumstances, I would be more than happy to cancel the order entirely. If however, you would like to proceed, I can either fully refund these items and leave them out, or heavily discount them by means of a partial refund and leave them in. I note that in both cases, the correct colour is more common than the colour that you ordered. Apologies for this mix-up - I look forward to hearing back from you so I can get this tidied up. hi Linda Thanks for getting back to me. I have taken a quick look at Australian Bricklink stores' average pricing: For the 2x2 inverted dish, trans-green pieces are typically selling for 3 times more than trans bright-green, so my 65c each comes down to 20c each, resulting in a 90c refund (for 2 items). For the 5-point crystals, chrome silver pieces are typically selling for somewhere between 4 and 5 times the metallic silver pieces, so my $2.25 each comes down to 50c each, resulting in a $1.75 refund. So the total refund comes to $2.65, which I have rounded up to $3 and have just put through for you. Apologies again for the problems here, and thanks for your understanding. Hello again! I just found some of the chrome silver 5-pointed rocks that I hadn't added to my inventory yet, so I have swapped out the metallic silver one that I'd put in your order and now you have the colour you ordered :) It's lucky it's been raining all afternoon so I hadn't posted this yet!! If you feel like refunding the refund then my Paypal account is simon@ludeck.net, but no worries if you don't feel inclined to do that, after all the hassle. Simon
