hi there Thank you for your order - I appreciate you coming back to my store. I have everything here ready to send, but I have made a mistake. The dark bluish gray horse saddles that you bought are in used condition, not new as my inventory said. I have recently sold more of these and I think I may have sent the new ones to another buyer by mistake. The damage is not significant, just a few small dents and scratches. Do you still want to receive the used horse saddles, or should I refund you for these and not send them? If you do want to receive them, I will send a partial refund of $3 ($1 for each one) in recognition of the condition. Sorry about my error here. I look forward to hearing from you. Simon
