Many thanks for your 2nd order - I appreciate you coming back to my store.
I have everything packed up here and your order will be shipped later today. I just wanted to let you know though that when I pulled the grey ninja minifig out of storage, I found it to have more damage than was disclosed in my inventory description.
Someone else bought one of these very recently and I have a feeling I mistakenly provided them with the better quality figure.
I have just refunded you for the figure, but will also include it in your package in case it is still of any use to you in the condition that it is in. For what it's worth, a lot of the damage is hidden when the headgear is in place, so perhaps no big deal.
Thanks again for your order, and I will be in touch later to confirm tracking information.
