hi Thomas Firstly, many thanks for your order. As soon as I saw the list of items that you ordered, I was worried, as I have very recently moved house, and two bags containing new Star Wars figures have gone missing. I am still hopeful of finding these, although not any more confident that I will find them as I have sorted through most of the boxes now... Unfortunately, three of the figures that you ordered are in those missing bags: the Clone ARF Trooper (sw0378), the Clone Trooper Gunner (sw0221) and the First Order Crew Member w/ Light Nougat Head (sw0671). In the case of sw0378 and sw0671, I do have the figures in used condition, but as you exclusively ordered new figures, I am guessing that you'd not be interested in substitutions. I would like to suggest that I refund you in full for the three figures, and for your postage as well to at least partly compensate for the inconvenience here. If you would like, I could also add your name to the list of people to contact if the bags do turn up. (Fortunately, there is only one other name on this list so far!) Alternatively, if you'd prefer just to cancel the order entirely, I would of course be happy to do that. Please let me know which option suits you best. Apologies again for the drama here. I see that you have your own store, and can I strongly suggest that you don't attempt to move house with a large Brickstore inventory! Simon
