hi Joanne Many thanks for your second order - i appreciate you coming back to my store. I have just been getting everything ready but unfortunately have so far failed to locate the Imperial Shadow Stormtrooper that you ordered. I have very recently moved house, which is really not helping, as a few things are not where I would expect them. There's every chance I will track down this figure some time during the next week or two, as I get myself organised in the new house, however I didn't want you to have to wait for your order without at least giving you some choices: If you would like, I could send the rest of the order now, and then send on the Shadow Trooper if and when I find it. Alternatively, I could just refund you for the missing figure now and send everything else so you're not left hanging around. Or, of course, if you don't mind waiting an extra week or two, then I could hold onto everything else for now and send it all when the missing item (hopefully) turns up. Apologies for the delay here and I look forward to hearing from you. Simon
