Many thanks for your order. I have everything here for you except for the Clinger alien piece which I am afraid I have been unable to locate. I'm really sorry about that - you'd think a lime green alien would be a pretty difficult thing to lose, but on this occasion, it looks like that's exactly what's happened.
If this item was one of / the main reason for your order, I would be more than happy to cancel entirely. If on the other hand you would still like to receive the remaining items, I can issue you with a partial refund and get everything else sent out first thing tomorrow.
