Thanks for your order, which I have just been preparing for you.
One problem: you ordered all seven of the round-topped windows that I had listed in light bluish gray, but when I pulled these out, I noticed that one of the seven is actually in the old light gray colour.
You would be interested in taking the light gray piece, or would you prefer me to refund you for that item and just send the six that I have in light bluish gray?
