hi Max Many thanks for the order - I appreciate you coming back to my store again. I've just been pulling this one together in the hope that I could get it shipped this morning, but I am afraid I have run into a problem: The octagonal dark gray plates that you ordered two of, I have only been able to locate one of these. I'm really sorry about that, and I appreciate there is every chance these plates were the main reason for your order. A few options: firstly, of course, if you would prefer to cancel the order entirely, we can do that. Secondly, I could refund you for this piece and send everything else. And as a third option, I would be quite happy to source this piece from another store, and then send the complete order when everything is ready. This option will of course take a while to do - as a third party will be involved, I cannot really guarantee a timescale, although I would hope you'd have your order in around 2 weeks' time. My apologies again for my error here, and I look forward to hearing from you with your preferred option. Simon
