While I think about it, I wanted to let you know that I couldn't find the Jay head that you ordered ("Yellow Minifigure, Head Black Eyebrows, Right Scarred, Medium Nougat Chin Dimple, Stern Pattern"). I do have another one which has more damage, so I am included that for you, but I have also refunded you for the head that you ordered (value $1.25).

Hi, received. But there are some small problems.
1. there are some visible bite marks around feet of nex097
2. both two 970c00pb0095 are cracked from the back heels
3. one of 3626pb1039, 15616pb04 and one of 973pb1579c01 seem to be fake parts
4. I bought two 970c00pb0131, but there is only one ( with bite marks)
5. 970c86pb26 is not the right one
6. there are some visible scratches on 973pb2596c01
7. 970c00pb0091 is cracked from the back heel
8. 973pb1066c01 is cracked at on side of the torso
Due to the huge amounts of parts u have to select, some mistakes are common. I ignore some minor damaged parts which I think they are in normal used condition. So could u pls refund me for those damaged parts? ( AUD 7.9 in total) But I don't include the price of nex097, if u have one more part with nice condition, maybe u can ship to me or u can decide how to deal with this one. Pls understand me, thx a lot.

Please accept my apologies for my failures in spotting the damage that you have discovered.
In particular, I am very sorry for missing the non-genuine Ninjago parts which I really should have spotted.
I do have another set of legs for the Harpy figure (970c55pb12) which I will send to you tomorrow morning. I will also include the missing Jay legs (970c00pb0131) and the Nexo legs that I sent the wrong part for (970c86pb26).
I am sorry but I don't have replacements for any of the other parts.
I am more than happy to refund the amount you have requested. In fact, I will increase that to $10 to partially compensate you for the time it will have taken to report all of these problems to me.
Apologies again, and I hope you are satisfied with the replacement parts that should be with you by next weekend.
