Unfortunately, I have discovered an earlier lack of diligence on my part: the blue horse saddle that you ordered has a partially-broken clip, which I didn't notice when adding this to my inventory many months ago.
I'm really sorry, that's not a good look for my store.
If receiving this piece in good condition was a major reason for your order, I would be more than willing to cancel. Alternatively, I can refund this item and send everything as ordered. If it would be of any use to you, I will include the broken saddle free of charge - it does appear to be in very good condition other than the broken clip, so perhaps you can still make use of it.

Regarding the condition of blue horse saddle, I just want to clarify: you will refund the cost of that item, but you are still willing to include that one in the package for free, correct?
