hi Pete Many thanks for your order - I very much appreciate you coming back to my store for a second time. I have just been pulling this together and I am very embarrassed to report that there are two problems. The first is the broadsword. I incorrectly listed this in my inventory as chrome gold - which is what you have ordered - whereas in fact I have the chrome silver version of this piece. The second is the Pneumatic Cylinder. You have ordered the medium (48mm) cylinder (item number Part 2793c01), but I actually have the much bigger Second Version - item number 2797c02. Really sorry about all that. If either or both of these were the main reason for your order, I would be more than happy to cancel the entire order. Alternatively, I could make a partial refund for either or both of those items - plus an additional amount for the inconvenience - and then send everything else as ordered. Of course, I'd also be willing to offer what I have as substitutes for the ordered items, although I don't expect this would be any use to you. Apologies again for the problems here, and I look forward to hearing from you. Simon

Hi Simon, Well that's a bummer, yes the whole order was based around the pneumatic cylinder and to a lesser extent, the gold greatsword, with everything else being just useful parts. So without those two main items I'd prefer to go ahead and cancel the whole order with a refund. Thanks, Pete.
