hi Caroline Many thanks for your order, which I have just been pulling together for you. I must apologise for a slight error I have discovered in my inventory: you ordered 6 of the Bright Light Blue 5 Petal flower pieces, but I actually have only 4 of these, along with 2 of the 4 petal variety. Would it be an acceptable substitution to provide two 4-petalled flowers in place of 5-petalled ones? If not, is there anything else of a similar value that I could include instead? I would usually offer to provide a refund in cases like this, but as it just a 6c value, it would be a little painful to do that as PayPal will make a significant charge. Nevertheless, I will certainly provide a refund if neither of the other options are workable. Thanks again for the order and I look forward to getting this out to you very soon. hey! thanks for your understanding regarding the blue flower pieces. After I sent that email yesterday I realised I also had the option to issue a coupon, which isn't something I've done before. I also realised that you are my first ever international returning customer, so in recognition of all of that, I have just issued a coupon for 10% off your next order. I wanted to set it to never expire, but have just leaned that the latest expiry I can issue for a coupon is one year. I hope that's of some use to you some time in 2026.
