hello again Nate, I'm afraid that I heard back from AusPost this morning with news that they have completed their checks, and turned nothing up, so the items are officially now considered to be lost. I have begun the process of obtaining a refund from them, but there's no need for you to wait for that, so I have just issued you with a full refund for the order including all of the shipping and handling charges. Apologies again for the failures of Auspost on this occasion. You would of course be welcome back to my store any time in the future when hopefully we could do a lot better! In the mean time, happy new year, and I hope everything else goes well with your 'advent calendar'. Simon
