Many thanks for your order.
I've just pulled out the trn142 fig that you ordered, and noticed that there is a small (actually, tiny) dent on both the front and the reverse of the torso. I feel like my description of "excellent condition" was insufficient in this case, and wanted to check whether you're still interested in receiving this figure?
Both of the dents are only really noticeable when the light is coming from just the right angle, and if you're looking closely.
I'd be happy to cancel the order, or refund this item. Or if you're happy to proceed, I will throw in a small cash refund for the trouble.
