Yes of course, sorry to hear it's not arrived yet. I certainly would have expected it to have been delivered by now.
I will be at the post office at 08:40 tomorrow morning and will ask. This is the first time I have had an order delayed like that so I don't know what they will be able to do or how it works, but I do still have the receipt with the QR code and if we need to make a claim, it shouldn't be a problem.
I'll update you tomorrow morning.

Crazy that it gets delayed at this end for several days and now it's delayed again at your end.
Must be very bad luck for the same parcel to be delayed twice.

Not a whole lot of help I am afraid. My local post master is on holiday this week, and the two ladies who are running the post office while he is away could only look up the tracking information and tell me what we already knew about the delay at Pooraka.
The post master Andrew will be back on Monday so they suggested asking him if he has any way to chase this one if there's been no change to the tracking status between now and then.
Sorry, not a whole lot of help, but I will certainly follow-up with this on Monday if nothing happens in the meantime.

Sorry this has been such a mess. Yours is - as far as I know - the first order from my store that has gone missing. So glad it was a tracked order so auspost are going to have to sort it out or pay compensation.
