Hi, I received the grey tiles but the minifigure head wasn't in the envelope. There was a hole that it might have come out of and I've double checked the letter box and it is not there. I'm happy to order another one if you have one in stock.

oh no! i remember packing this order and am sure the head was included but I used a paper envelope didn't I? may I ask where the hole was?
I do have another one of these heads so I have set this aside and will send it on Monday. if you happen to need anything else, place an order some time over the weekend, and I will include it free of charge with that. otherwise, I will just post it by itself.

The hole was in the back of the paper envelope. It is just big enough for the piece to fall out. I've taken a pic but can't find a way to attach it. I'm not in need of anything else at present. If you could post the new head to me that would be great. I'm happy to pay the postage if you would like me to. Just let me know.
